Wait in the cinema until Carrington says "I know Cassandra de Vries is going to be there..." then stop it. Stay on unarmed (disarm). Strafe forward then left through the little passage. As soon as you come out the other side knock out the FBI guy so he won't alert the others. Stay on the ledge and go through the passage to the right. Punch this guy out of your way while switching to Falcon 2 (or CMP150). Pulling out your weapon should get the CIA guys to leave. Quickly get beside the dumpster and push it towards the barrels while you blow them up. The second you hear the beep from getting the BombSpy, move down the passage way. Towards the place with all the stairs. Ignore all guards and move left through the opening out into the street, quickly face left and toss the tracer bug onto the limo. Try to do it without stopping. Now strafe over to the gutter, but not down yet. Drop the BombSpy and move it into the area with the 4 guards (car park) then detonate it to kill them all. It should say alternate diversion created and then objective complete. The second you detonate the BombSpy jump down in the sewers to the suitcase, Immediately switch to the Remote Mine and climb back up to the streets. Right strafe back to the stairs and get by the wall (facing the stairs) and toss the mine on the second floor to complete the objective. As soon as you see the mine leave your hand strafe back out into the street and to the right. Then into the car park to finish. NOTE: after you toss the mine usually a bunch of guards will be in the way so you can't get back into the street. I just switch to my CMP150 and hold the trigger while moving through, it usually clears the path pretty quick.
