There are 2 (to get under the old 33 second record) ways to do this level. They are almost the same except where you land at the beginning and when you stop the cinema scene. The first way is how the people got 6 seconds, the second way is easier but a little slower since you have to move left a little. I got a 00:08 using the second way; and have yet to get anything using the first way, I cannot manage to get outside the building.
The First Way:
Watch the opening cinema until just before the jumpcraft goes out of your view (it ducks behind a building, then the view changes), stop the cinema. Quickly jump off the helipad to the left while turning around and ducking once(this trick may take a while to get used to but it pays off) and you should land right on the patrolling guards head. Now he cannot move and you can, look at the wall right above the door, you can move right through this wall. As fast as you can move through this wall and strafe (C-Right) to the right while standing up (tap "R"). If done correctly you will be outside falling with the building on your left. Now, as soon as you get outside strafe right as fast as you can while holding forward and facing the left wall. You will see a small ledge go by, as soon as you see it switch from right-strafing to left-strafing and holding forward. After a little bit you should land right in the elevator (the laboratory lift at the end) and you're done. If you land in the lobby run to the end lift and finish. Then try again you will get it.
The Second Way:
Watch the opening scene until the jumpcraft gets past the red lights (about the time Jonathan says "Don't joke..."), stop the cinema. Now quickly jump off the helipad to the left while turning around and ducking once. This time instead of landing on the guard's head, you land on the open door (open since you waited longer in the cinema). Now move as far left on the door as you can without falling off, move forward through the wall while strafing right and standing up (tap "R"). You will be outside the building and falling fast. As soon as you see the outside, face the building wall (will be on your left) and strafe right as fast as you can. You will see ledge go by at the end of the building, when you see that immediately switch from right-strafing to left-strafing and holding forward. Keep holding that and you will fall right into the elevator to finish the level. If you landed in the lobby, run to the finish. And then try again.
